Returning orders is, of course, possible *. 
Here's how to proceed:

1. (A) Call us and let us know the reason for your return. If you have the order number available, (B) you can also send an email to retouren@signothetimes.nl stating the reason for returning the goods.
2. Include a copy of your email (including the original packing slip) in the box with the product you wish to return.
3. Ensure that the goods are packed securely to prevent any damage during transportation.
4. Once we have processed your return, we will contact you to finalize the process.

* Please note the following guidelines:

1. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return of the goods, including packaging and transportation. We cannot accept damaged materials caused during the return shipping.
   
   
2. The following types of materials are NOT eligible for return:
   a: Special offers
   b: Materials specifically purchased for specific (installation) projects
   c: Clearance items
   d: Materials whose warranty has expired
   
   
3. When you receive your order, please check first to ensure that you have received the correct product and that it meets your expectations. Do not use the product immediately and contact us later. This will only make the resolution process more difficult. We can only accept goods in perfect condition as originally delivered by us.
